Manifest was canceled by NBC after three seasons but was picked up by Netflix for a fourth and final season, The fourth season will be divided into two parts with the first part premiering on Netflix on July 1st, 2023 and the second part premiering on August 1st, 2023.
The show’s creator Jeff Rake said that he is thrilled that Manifest has found a new home on Netflix and that he is excited to tell the rest of the story with the fourth and final season.
Manifest is a supernatural drama that follows the passengers of Montego Air Flight 828 who mysteriously vanished for five years and then reappeared, The passengers find themselves back in their lives but they have changed in several ways, They also begin to experience strange visions and callings that they believe are linked to their disappearance.
The show was a fan favourite, and its cancellation by NBC was met with disappointment by many, Nevertheless the show’s new home on Netflix gives it a chance to reach a wider audience and to tell its story to its fullest conclusion.
I’m excited to see how the fourth and final season of Manifest unfolds, I’m confident that Jeff Rake will deliver a satisfying conclusion to the show’s storyline.
