City Win 2022–23 FA Cup Final in Thriller Against United

Manchester City won the 2022-23 FA Cup Final against Manchester United on Saturday June 3, 2023 by a score of 2-1, the match was played at the Wembley Stadium in London, England.

City took the lead through Jack Grealish in the 39th minute, united equalized in the 57th minute with a goal from Bruno Fernandes, City, however won the match with an 81st minute goal from Raheem Sterling.

This was City’s sixth FA Cup title and their first since 2019, it was also their third trophy of the season after winning the Premier League and the League Cup.

On the other hand United now face a major rebuilding task, they have lost their last two matches and are now out of Champions League and FA Cup, if they are to challenge for the trophy next season they will need to improve fast.
