Civil rights lawyer Leo Terrell called for President Biden’s impeachment and claimed late Tuesday that “[the administration’s] hands are bloody” following the arrest of a five-time illegal immigrant who was deported as a suspect in a Texas mass murder it was done. ,
Francisco Oropesa, the gunman accused of killing five neighbors, including an 8-year-old child, in Cleveland, Texas, was taken into custody Tuesday.
Oropesa, 38, was taken into custody by the Border Patrol Tactical Unit in the Cleveland area.
‘Hannity’ host Sean Hannity claimed that Biden had broken his oath of office by saying that he “targeted and incited these people to break the law by allowing them to enter this country illegally.” He pointed to reports that illegal immigrants are being provided with everything from free cell phones to free daytime transportation and receiving preferential treatment during COVID.
“I think you wrote the first bill of impeachment against Joe Biden because he failed to do his constitutional duty. He should be impeached,” Terrell said. “Basically, this administration has blood on its hands.”
Terrell compared Biden’s open border policies with the tighter restrictions of former President Donald Trump’s program, saying the border is more secure under Trump.
“And that’s the drawback.” Terrell added. “Besides what’s happening, [Biden] basically opened the door for drug cartels, sex trafficking, and fentanyl.”
Terrell said Biden had “abandoned” an oath that failed to protect him from “foreign enemies” such as criminal illegal aliens, as the US president is tasked with protecting his country and its citizens from enemies “foreign and domestic”. Has gone.
Terrell rebuked New York City’s Democratic Mayor Eric Adams for saying he was playing the “last race card” when he accused Texas Republican Gov. Greg Abbott. We are at the forefront of the crisis.
“He’s playing the race card to get out of his incompetence. He’s an absolutely terrible mayor. And when you talk about LA, Chicago, where there are other black mayors, what do you think people leave Are you? Playing in Sanctuary City. But I don’t want to be a burden.” Terrell said.
He called on several liberal mayors, including Karen Bass of Los Angeles and Muriel Bowser of the District of Columbia.
Later in Hannity, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton suggested that there was a connection between the border crisis and the growing problem of crime across the United States.
“I was predicting this for a long time. It will happen more and more,” he said, referring to Oropesa’s arrest.
Paxton said, “The Biden administration is inviting these people in. They’re working with the cartels to get them here. Then they take them and transport them.”
He said Biden was “unmotivated” to enforce federal law or take his “constitutional role” seriously.
Paxton said he fears most when the Trump-era Title 42 public health immigration protections expire soon.
“We are anticipating the worst influx of illegal immigrants this country has ever seen.”
